 The Rooted Space

A 5-day guided experience for overwhelmed women who want to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with themselves.

 

The Rooted Space opens several times throughout the year, with each round reflecting the season we're in. This round: Spring Reconnection opening April 29th - May 3rd.

Over 60 women have already moved through the Rooted Space.

It’s held with care, slowness, and room to breathe.

 

Each day you'll receive:

  • Short, body-based somatic practices (2–5 minutes)
  • Gentle reflection prompts
  • Supportive guidance from me inside the private community space

Most women spend about 10 minutes a day inside the space, though you're welcome to move through it at your own pace.

You'll also have access to a private community space (in Kajabi) where you can share reflections, ask questions, and receive supportive responses from me throughout the week.

On Day 4, we’ll gather for an optional live group session (Google Meet) to gently talk through what you’re noticing. A replay will be available if you can’t attend live.

This isn’t about blooming overnight.

We’ll move at the pace of clarity, not urgency.

    • A Supportive Community Space -  A quiet group of women moving through the experience together, with space to share reflections and receive support.

       
    • One Live Group Session (about 60 minutes) - A relaxed conversation where we unpack what you're noticing, answer questions, and gently apply what you're learning. A replay will be available if you can't attend live.

 Why The Rooted Space Exists

 

So many women are carrying more than anyone realizes.

The pressure to keep up.
The constant mental tabs open.
The quiet feeling that something needs to change, but not knowing where to start.

I know this experience personally. There was a season when I was pushing through overwhelm and constant urgency, trying to keep everything together while feeling increasingly disconnected from myself.

Through that experience, I began exploring nervous system practices, reflection, and slower rhythms that eventually became the foundation for this space.

The Rooted Space was created as something different.

A place where you can slow down without needing to perform.
A space to reconnect with your body, your truth, and your actual capacity.

For five days, you're invited to step out of urgency and into something steadier.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.

Just gently, and at your own pace.

 

The Rooted Space is guided by Alysha Webb, an Authentic Success & Burnout Coach who supports women in stepping out of burnout, people-pleasing, and constant urgency so they can reconnect with their bodies, honor their natural rhythms, and feel safe moving through life at a more sustainable pace.
