For years, everything looked fine on the outside. But inside, I was quietly burning out.

Performing. Overextending. Holding it all together with a smile. As a lifelong high achiever and people-pleaser, I knew how to meet expectations, stay busy, and keep striving. But I didn’t know how to rest.

I didn’t know how to listen to my body or trust what I heard. I didn’t know how to say no without guilt. I didn’t know how to live without the pressure to constantly prove my worth.

Eventually, I began to unravel. And I realized: the exhaustion wasn’t just from doing too much. It was rooted in a deeper belief that I had to earn my place by staying useful, needed, and agreeable.

That awareness changed everything. And now, it’s the foundation of the work I offer.

Through my Root & Rise Pathway, I guide women to untangle the habits of people-pleasing, over-performing, and constant alertness — patterns that once kept them safe but now keep them stuck.

Together, we slow down, settle the nervous system, and rebuild trust in what’s real. Through somatic practices, inner healing, and cyclical + seasonal rhythms, we re-learn how to move with energy, capacity, and timing instead of against them.

Not to chase more, but to live, lead, and love from a place that feels honest, steady, and rooted in authentic success.

I’m here for a different way. One that doesn’t ask women to push through, prove themselves, or pretend. Just truth, safety, rhythm, and a return to what matters.

Through this work, women begin to build lives and leadership shaped by clarity, capacity, and care — not pressure.

I’m not here to help you push harder. I’m here to help you pause, listen in, and follow what feels honest and real.
